End of Life (EOL) Policy

Introduction


This End of Life Policy ("EOL Policy") provides information regarding the end of life (EOL) process for Alma Total Solutions products, including AlmaCloudBackup. This EOL Policy is part of the Terms of Use and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.



Definitions




EOL Process



  1. EOL Announcement: When Alma Total Solutions decides to discontinue a product, an EOL announcement will be made. This announcement will include the EOL date, the EOS date, and any other relevant information.

  2. End of Sale (EOS) Date: The EOS date is the last date on which the product will be available for purchase. After this date, the product will no longer be sold, but existing customers may continue to use the product until the EOL date.

  3. End of Life (EOL) Date: The EOL date is the last date on which Alma Total Solutions will provide support for the product. After this date, the product will no longer receive updates, including security patches and technical support.
