End of Life (EOL) Policy

Introduction
This End of Life Policy ("EOL Policy") provides information regarding the end of life (EOL) process for Alma Total Solutions products, including AlmaCloudBackup. This EOL Policy is part of the Terms of Use and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
Definitions
- Product: Refers to any hardware or software product sold or licensed by Alma Total Solutions, including AlmaCloudBackup.
- End of Sale (EOS): The date after which a product is no longer available for purchase.
- End of Life (EOL): The date after which a product is no longer supported by Alma Total Solutions.
EOL Process
- EOL Announcement: When Alma Total Solutions decides to discontinue a product, an EOL announcement will be made. This announcement will include the EOL date, the EOS date, and any other relevant information.
- End of Sale (EOS) Date: The EOS date is the last date on which the product will be available for purchase. After this date, the product will no longer be sold, but existing customers may continue to use the product until the EOL date.
- End of Life (EOL) Date: The EOL date is the last date on which Alma Total Solutions will provide support for the product. After this date, the product will no longer receive updates, including security patches and technical support.
Support and Maintenance
- During the period between the EOS date and the EOL date, Alma Total Solutions will continue to provide support and maintenance for the product according to the terms of the applicable support agreement.
- After the EOL date, Alma Total Solutions will no longer provide support, updates, or maintenance for the product. Customers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest product offerings to ensure continued support and access to new features and improvements.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for monitoring EOL announcements and planning for product transitions accordingly.
- Customers should upgrade to supported products before the EOL date to ensure continued support and access to updates.

- Alma Total Solutions reserves the right to modify this EOL Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through an update on our website or other appropriate channels.
- Alma Total Solutions does not guarantee the availability of replacement products or services for discontinued products.
- Alma Total Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the discontinuation of a product.
